Our role involves: • Finding eligible family members • Assessing their needs and employment aspirations • Creating indiviualised support plans • Helping family members to access the services that they need • Directly addressing barriers/obstacles to employment • Developing participants’ job searching and employment-related skills • Sourcing vacancies on participants’ behalf • Helping participants to prepare for, and pass, job interviews • Helping participants to move back into employment • Delivering support to participants once they are in work Our team are based at Barnet House in Whetstone, but also go into communities to deliver support “on the doorstep” - this includes all 4 Barnet jobcentres, Burnt Oak Library (alongside the BOOST project) and other local venues that are accessible by the family members. About Us

Future Path is delivering the Family Works programme in the London borough of Barnet, on behalf of G4S Employment and Skills. Our Progression Coaches are based alongside the local authority’s Troubled Families team and DWP Employment Advisers, so that we can identify suitable, eligible families and help transform their circumstances, lives and futures.
